Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as feeding bottles and sippy cups may not be eligible for return once opened, unless defective.
